Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By purchasing or using The Enochian, you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Safety & Liability terms in Section 3. If you do not agree, do not purchase or begin the trail.
2. Who we are
The Enochian is operated by a self-employed person (OSVČ) registered in the Czech Republic under IČO 19180535, listed in the Czech Trade Register. Contact: the Email us link.
3. What you are buying
The Enochian is a self-guided digital walking experience in Prague, delivered as a web app. A purchase grants access to one trail, intended to be completed by one group on one device, with same-device replay permitted. It is not a guided tour, a live event, or a ticket to any venue or monument.
4. Payment, taxes, and refunds
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for your purchase. Your receipt, any applicable VAT, and the payment terms are handled by Lemon Squeezy, and their checkout terms apply to the transaction.
- Digital content and withdrawal. Because the product is digital and access is granted immediately, you are asked at checkout to request immediate access and to acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins. By completing your purchase and receiving your key, you confirm that consent.
- Our position on refunds. Once your key is issued, purchases are generally non-refundable for that reason. However, if something genuinely failed on our side — your key didn't arrive, or the trail wouldn't work — use the Email us link and we will make it right (resend, fix, or refund as appropriate). This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
5. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use one trail. You may not share, resell, publish, or sublicense your access key; copy, reproduce, or redistribute the trail's content, text, clues, images, audio, or code; or attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass the access system.
6. Intellectual property
The story, writing, puzzles, images, audio, design, and code of The Enochian are owned by the operator of The Enochian (IČO 19180535) or licensed to us. Real place names, historical figures, and public facts are not ours; our original expression of them is.
7. Independence
The Enochian is an independent, self-guided experience. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any of the museums, monuments, religious institutions, transport operators, or other sites it references or directs you to visit.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or change the trail — for example, if a location changes. We aim to keep purchased trails working but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Real-world conditions (opening hours, construction, weather, crowds, GPS accuracy, and public transport) are outside our control.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The experience is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence — or any mandatory consumer protections you are entitled to. The real-world-activity risks are addressed in Section 3 below.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, with disputes subject to the courts of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

Safety & Liability (Assumption of Risk)
The Enochian is a self-guided outdoor walking experience on public streets and in public spaces in Prague. By using it, you agree that:
- You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of everyone in your group, including children, at all times.
- Stay aware of your surroundings. The trail asks you to look at landmarks and at your phone — never do either while crossing roads or near traffic, water, stairs, or uneven ground. Stop somewhere safe to read or to solve puzzles.
- Obey the law and local rules. Follow all traffic signals, signs, and barriers. Do not enter restricted, private, or closed areas, and do not climb, touch, or disturb monuments, buildings, or property.
- Respect active and sacred places. Parts of the route pass a working synagogue and an active cemetery. Keep your voice down, follow posted rules, and be respectful of people at worship and of the graves and those who visit them.
- Know your limits. The route is roughly 10–12 km on foot over several hours, with cobblestones, hills, and steps. Take part only if you are physically able, carry water, and stop or adapt as needed.
- Conditions change. Weather, opening hours, construction, crowds, GPS accuracy, and public transport are outside our control. Use your own judgment and put safety first.
- Minors must take part under the supervision of a participating adult.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of The Enochian (IČO 19180535) is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or cost arising from your participation or from events outside our control. The experience is provided "as is." Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
If you do not agree, do not begin the trail.
